Contacting us

If you contact us via contact form on the website or via email, the data you provided will be saved for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on these data to other parties without your permission to do so.

This limits localization to only an approximate estimation. Data processing is based on legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of GDPR. Our cause concerning GDPR (legitimate interest) is improvement of our offering as well as our web appearance. Since privacy of our users is important to us, user data are psydonymized. User data are stored in accordance with the respective Google policy for Austrian customers.
